UX/UI Takeover: Two Day Challenge

Last Day, Best Day

We’re taking on one final challenge, and I’m excited to conclude my journey with UX/UI design.

Todays Challenge

"Rework an IOS application on the Google Play Store."

Originally conceived by Chapman University, I have reimagined this challenge based on my evolving understanding of UX/UI principles. Join me as I showcase the process of developing a functional iOS app within 24 hours.

Mockups and Assets

My primary goal for this project was to streamline the application and enhance the user experience beyond what users previously encountered with the MetroLink app, while still incorporating its recognizable primary colors. I created a new user interface that highlighted only essential functions on the main screen, reducing visual clutter and making navigation more intuitive.

I consolidated ticket purchasing and scheduling information into a single, easy-to-access section, significantly enhancing user convenience. Additionally, I included clear and concise instructions with minimal text and simple icons, further improving the overall user experience.
