Today’s project centers around designing a jersey for the renowned artist ILLENIUM, who is known for incorporating special edition jerseys into his performances. The challenge invites designers to create their own jersey style, with the potential for the winning design to be officially released as a collaboration with ILLENIUM.

Mockups and Assets

For this jersey, I wanted to focus on the importance of connection ILLENIUM that has brought to his fans and the music community. On this jersey, a white phoenix transforms into a tree with flourishing branches. A white phoenix represents the soul and innocence of ILLENIUM, as well as the clean mind he has come to develop following his past. The phoenix also represents rebirth and resilience, mirroring themes in IILLENIUM'S work. As it changes into a tree, it signifies growth and the interconnectedness of his fans. The tree's branches and leaves represent the diverse elements of his music and the unity of his community. This powerful imagery captures the journey from personal struggle to collective strength, embodying hope, renewal, and the deep emotional bonds within ILLENIUM'S fanbase.
