Due to the mental difficulties of this challenge, I may or may not have taken an 8 day break from this one, but rest assured, I’m back and ready to showcase some new work.
"Design a brand identity and assets for a hotel in Cuba."
Interesting challenge, but since I've been gone for so long, I'm almost excited to jump back in since I've been able to take a second to breathe. Let's see how I can handle this challenge.
For today’s project, I chose to redesign the branding for an established hotel without disclosing its name, but I can share that it boasts stunning views. Creating a comprehensive branding strategy for Hotel Marqués de Liz was no small task and involved several key components, including visual identity and marketing communication. I designed a new logo that harmoniously integrates the natural beauty of the Vedado district with colors inspired by the hotel’s textiles. By blending serif typography with a thoughtfully curated color palette, I crafted a modern and inviting brand identity that reflects the hotel’s core values of kindness and tranquility.
